This place suits me perfectly! It provides excellent wi-fi, a cozy bar/lounge area, and a good restaurant. I still remember how helpful the staff were during my first visit, assisting with currency exchange. I'm coming back for Christmas!

The hotel had a cozy ambiance, with beautifully decorated common areas and easy access for seniors. The staff were particularly attentive. Breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options each morning.

I had a medical appointment an it was within walking distance. The rom was more than adequate sizewise and was very clean and tidy. Staff were very courteous.

The hotel is conveniently located right in the middle of a charming town, with a nice short walk down to the lake where we enjoyed sunset views. Our room was spacious with two double beds, and the updated bathroom was a pleasant surprise. Breakfast was served early, great before our trip to doubtful sound.

The rooms are clean and the hotel is centrally located. It is near a lake and on Main Street so we could get places easily.
The hotel staff gave us poor directions to Real Journeys so we got lost, but otherwise they were courteous and welcoming.

The location of the property was particularly good as we were close to with many shops, the Distinction Luxmore after a series of motels and the centre of Te Anau. Also, spent some time by the lake, it's 300 metres of the hotel. The view of the mountains from our good-sized and recently refurbished room was great.

It's locality. It was close to the shops, restaurants and the lake which made getting around so effortless.
A bit noisy with the coaches coming and going but this was only in the early morning or late afternoon.
